Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped within 2-8 days of receiving your purchase order online. We use the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and others depending on the destination to which it is sent. To return your product (see return policies), you must mail it to: Natural Zone Corp 97733 Arbor Oaks Ln., Suite 303, Boca Raton, FL 33428. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your Article. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are sending an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
